Field of interest

Hi guys! Welcome back to my blog. In this blog, I will share time management based on my experience.

How to plan your time?

It is best for one to develop the habit of time management as soon as possible. There is a lack of planning for things, and multiple tasks are handled at the same time...Time is fair to everyone, and how you use it determines how you look in the future. Here are some tips, I will share with you.

1. Determine your performance curve
During the day, when is the most efficient? Concentrate on the most important tasks during these time periods. When you are in your own high-performance period, you will have a sense of accomplishment and fulfilment.

2. Focus on what you can control
Don't waste time worrying or thinking about things that you can't control. It is a waste of time to spend your energy on negative activities.

3. Overcome procrastination
If you are deeply troubled by procrastination, take some time to find the root of the problem. Once you know the cause of the problem, you can solve it.

4. Cultivate a behavioural convention
Conventions can improve performance. When we know what needs to be done, we can find a faster and more efficient method more easily

5. Make an action plan
A complete action plan clearly shows what actions you need to take to achieve your goals, lists the sequence of actions, and can measure the progress of work.

6. Do the task that needs self-discipline most first
When you make up your mind to do the most difficult thing first, you can not only do it more continuously and steadily but also keep a great feeling for the rest of the day.

7. Ask for help
Learn to use the strength of the team. You don't have to do everything yourself. If necessary, ask for help boldly.
Teamwork can often exert the strength of 1+1>2. No one can always be the first in the workplace. Only when everyone "takes turns to sit in the village" and takes responsibility can the whole team grow and progress in a spiral way

8. Take a notepad with you
Write down the things you want to do at any time.

9. Write activity log
Record what activities time is spent on. On weekends, evaluate the weekly activity records, and you will find out what wastes your time and what brings you results.

10. Take advantage of the low-performance time
When you think of negative things, your energy and effectiveness will decrease. Maintaining a positive attitude is one of the key elements to ensure your high efficiency.

11. Simple things, respond immediately
If you are reading an email, reply immediately. Set this goal: finish one thing at a time.

12. Manage interference
Learn to eliminate interference, such as mute your phone. When you get into this habit, you will accomplish more tasks in less time.

13. Turn off non-essential notification reminders
The sound of the notice on your mobile phone or computer is interference that distracts you, hinders your effectiveness, and annoys people around you. Eliminate unnecessary interference.

14. Restrict the use of social media
Unless you use social media to develop your career, put down your mobile phone properly and use less of your social software.
